States and Legislative Impacts
Unfortunately, Nicobolt cannot sell in every state.
There are three main reasons Nicobolt cannot sell in a state:
- The delivery sale of alternative nicotine products is prohibited entirely
- The state laws are so complicated that we haven't figured them out.
- Nicobolt has not yet obtained the necessary licensing to sell in that state
No sales: AR, GA, LA, ME, MD, RI, UT
The delivery sale of alternative nicotine products is not allowed in Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Rhode Island, or Utah.
Complicated AF: Sorry Massachusetts
Massachusetts is a quagmire. While the state may allow the sale of some products, multiple local jurisdictions have enacted differing legislation. Until an entire team of legal experts can untangle those laws, Nicobolt has decided to not sell there.
