Shipping Timeline

Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. We strive to ship orders on the day they are placed. Due to carrier pickup times, we will generally ship orders received by 2pm Central. Weather conditions — particularly snow & ice — may delay order fulfillment.

Shipping Options

We ship via UPS. Unfortunately that means no PO boxes.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please take extra care when entering your shipping address and review it carefully before placing your order. Once a package leaves our warehouse with an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee delivery, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders submitted with invalid address details.

If you spot an error while your order is still being processed, contact us immediately at support@nicobolt.com and we’ll do our best to update the address before the shipment goes out.
