We built this store for one simple reason: people deserve honesty, authenticity, and real care in a category that too often feels cold and corporate.
I'm David Graham, president of Nicobolt.com. I bring my background in operations & ecommerce and years in the tobacco, alternative-nicotine, and regulated-product space. Our teams has worked across technology, compliance, product sourcing, ecommerce operations, and customer support. We’ve seen how this industry actually works—the good, the bad, and everything in between.
And honestly? We knew we could do better.
A Different Kind of Experience
There are a few massive ecommerce sites out there. They’ve got endless product lists, flashy discounts, and clever marketing. But behind those storefronts are large foreign corporations running everything purely for profit. They don’t know your name. They don’t read your emails. We still answer customer service emails ourselves.
We still check inventory personally.

You’ll notice some big names—like ZYN—aren’t here. That’s on purpose. If we can’t buy it from a verified source, we won’t sell it. We’d rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
