Shipping Terms
You will have the option to select your shipping preference during checkout. All orders are processed, packed, and shipping from our warehouse in Nashville, Tennessee.
Due to current nicotine/tobacco laws, we cannot ship to these states: Maine, Maryland, Louisiana, Vermont, Arkansas or Utah.
We provide the following delivery options:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground: Guaranteed delivery within 1-5 business days with tracking information. Adult signature required upon delivery; no deliveries to PO Boxes.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Estimated delivery in 2 business days with a provided tracking number. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.
*UPS Adult Signature is required for the following states:
- California
- Connecticut
- Georgia
- Nevada
- North Dakota
- South Carolina
- Virginia
Shipping Timeframe:
Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, excluding national public holidays. We strive to ship orders on the day they are placed. Due to carrier pickup times, we will generally ship USPS orders received by 11am Central an UPS orders received by 1pm Central.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure accuracy when providing your shipping address, as we cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect. No refunds or re-shipments will be
issued for faulty addresses.
If you notice an address mistake during order processing, promptly email us at support@nicobolt.com so we can attempt to modify it before dispatching from our warehouse.
