About Shipping

During the checkout process, you will always see your total shipping cost alongside the sum of the selected products. Your order undergoes processing, packing, and shipping from our Nevada warehouse and is delivered to your location via UPS.

We provide the following UPS delivery options:

  • UPS Ground: Guaranteed delivery within 1-5 business days with tracking information. Adult signature required upon delivery; no deliveries to PO Boxes.
  • UPS SurePost: Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days with online tracking using a tracking number.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Estimated delivery in 2 business days with a provided tracking number. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available.


*UPS Adult Signature is required for the following states:

  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Georgia
  • Nevada
  • North Dakota
  • South Carolina
  • Virginia

We continually strive to offer more shipping alternatives to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers.

Shipping Timeframe:

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, excluding national public holidays. Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving and accepting payment.
However, delays may occur due to product restocking or necessary customer order updates.

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email from UPS containing your tracking number and details on tracking your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure accuracy when providing your shipping address, as we cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect. No refunds or re-shipments will be
issued for faulty addresses.

If you notice an address mistake during order processing, promptly email us at support@nicobolt.com so we can attempt to modify it before dispatching from our warehouse.
