Section 10 – Delivery

Product delivery time, if in stock, is estimated at 2-5 business days, visible in the shopping cart. Delivery time estimates are not “of the essence” as defined by
applicable law. Delivery delays may occur based on individual product/service delivery times.

Shipping is restricted to countries visible at checkout, including the United Kingdom and the United States. All risk during shipment is borne solely by you. FastFWD

Distro LLC reserves the right to halt delivery if there are concerns about your solvency or ability to pay, requiring advance payment or acceptable security.

Shipping costs are included in the shopping cart total.

Section 11 – Lost Shipment

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address details during ordering. Nicobolt is not obligated to refund or replace goods delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided. If goods are returned because of an incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send them at our expense.

If you notice incorrect details, contact us promptly. All items are made pursuant to a shipment contract, transferring risk of loss and title upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, inform us within 5 business days. Re-shipping is at our discretion, and notice must be given within the specified timeframe.

Nicobolt reserves the right to re-ship only after the original package has been returned and processed for packages requiring an adult signature and proof of ID.

Section 12 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Section 19 – Governing Law; Forum Selection

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Exclusive venue for actions to enforce arbitral awards will be Nevada state or federal courts. Consent to personal jurisdiction in Nevada is provided.

The Site is deemed based solely in Nevada, and you waive objections to venue in other jurisdictions.

These Terms evidence an interstate commerce transaction, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Nicobolt reserves the right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
