Return Policy

The return period for Nicobolt.com is 7 days on regularly priced goods. Any product sold at a discounted price or on sale may not be returned.

  1. Contact Customer Support and indicate your order number and which products you’d like to return including quantity of each item.
  2. We will send you a Return Address including an RMA number. Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. The return delivery costs are your responsibility, while Nicobolt.com covers the expenses for sending replacement products.
  4. After your products are received, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued for those that are unopened and undamaged.

Our return policy does not apply if the product your wish to return has been opened or damaged.
