Return Policy
The return period for Nicobolt.com is 7 days on regularly priced goods. Any product sold at a discounted price or on sale may not be returned.
- Contact Customer Support and indicate your order number and which products you’d like to return including quantity of each item.
- We will send you a Return Address including an RMA number. Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- The return delivery costs are your responsibility, while Nicobolt.com covers the expenses for sending replacement products.
- After your products are received, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued for those that are unopened and undamaged.
Our return policy does not apply if the product your wish to return has been opened or damaged.
